A little R & R in Singapore

OK, I can’t believe it’s been over 2 weeks since I posted anything! I flew to Singapore the Weekend of October 19-22 to visit my sister Judy and husband Chris.  An excursion to Arab Street and the top of the MBS and an amazing 4, course turned into 5 or 6 with “chef offerings” with Saki pairings.  Looking forward to a return trip when I finish in Vietnam in a few short days.

Finally figured the right place to check in for my 2 hour flight from Ho Chi Minh City to Singapore. The bus ride from Ben Tre to HCMC was over 2 1/2 hours.

Middle East Quarter: Arab Street.  Getting ready to close the street off and set up tables for street cafes from all of the restaurants..  Sounds like evenings are quite lively!
